Hello #zebrafish people, need some help. Has anyone tried to visualize exocytosis or enzyme secretion in vivo in larvae?? I tried FM 1-43, but it didn't work for me. I am not looking for neuronal exocytosis but for a different type of cells. Thanks in advance 🙏🏻

Useful advice for all PhD aspirants who are applying to various institutions for interviews - Identify areas of interest that you would like to work on for next 5 yrs, look up the PI/lab profiles, enquire abt lab environment. Makes a huge difference!
