@trygraptor Huh did you miss the start about the PHD and water?
That is pretty much his backstory. For academics like him that is pretty much all there is

@kundaihenney @CrimeWatchZW Nepotism is a real problem. That starting and failing for fun sounds like Trump but somethings do eventually work out. However look at Andrew. What isnt well researched is nepotism that is derived from corruption.

@CrimeWatchZW Bro was handed a gold spoon for life and couldn’t just stay at home starting and failing businesses for fun. Instead he continuously chooses to be a thug 😭

Journalist Hopewell Chin'ono did some digging and found that Chatunga Mugabe’s Hyde Park house was bought in 2017, when his father was still in power, for R43 million (about US$3.2 million at the time).
When Chatunga appeared in court this morning, he was wearing a Moncler Maya puffer jacket that costs about $2,556 (more than R40,000), which is close to a Zimbabwean civil servant’s yearly salary.

@Peter_Fitz And the scary thing is there are people in the comments still defending Andrew 🙆🏾♀️ The one with real criminal behaviour.... it appears marrying a black woman still surpasses sexual assault, rape, and what could be considered modern day treason

I stand to be corrected, but I think the only one there not in military uniform, is the one person who actually saw action??
Senior Lieutenant Zandi Sussex@ZandiSussex
The Royal Family owe Prince Harry a public apology for the abuse & dehumanisation they inflicted on him while they did everything to protect Andrew. Let them feel the full consequences of their evil machinations.

People are mad because his truth unsettles their coping mechanisms. Denial is easier than honesty. Many of them have lived through similar neglect, silence, or betrayal and survived by normalising it. Family is family. Endure it. Move on. Pretend it didn’t cut that deep. His honesty threatens that bargain they made with themselves.
Some even flip it on him. They say if he had been supported, maybe he would have made it earlier. That argument misses the point. It does not matter. Pain does not run on hypotheticals. People do not process abandonment the same way. There is no universal timeline for forgiveness or healing.
You see others saying they have been there, that they eventually outgrew the anger, the hurt, the bitterness. Then leave him alone, he'll probably outgrow his too, at his pace. They tell him to let it go. Maybe he will. Maybe he won’t. Right now, he is hurting. What he is doing is not rebellion or ingratitude. It is self protection. He is choosing sanity over performative peace.
If his family has any wisdom, this moment is another chance. Not to force reconciliation. Not to demand access. But to respect the distance he asked for. To send simple messages of goodwill. To apologise without conditions. To support without expectations.
People are reacting the way they are because they are not him. They are responding from their own wounds, their own resolutions, their own shortcuts to peace. Just as we hope he heals in time, we can accept that this is where he is now.
That deserves understanding, not outrage.
English

@LarryMadowo Its uncomfortable because there are some relatable truths in there. Shutting down someone and vilifying when they decide to finally speak out, is a tactic used to silence anyone else who might feel the same as Themba from speaking out.
English

@bbmhlanga I think if we were looking at this from the lens of abuse, and you have been a victim of abuse, saying to someone else "I chose to stay" isn't helpful. I can understand and appreciate your choice but Temba doesn't have to do the same. He is entitled to say no more

Clover Moore has definitely NOT cancelled the harbour Bridge fireworks. Only the Bondi fireworks have been cancelled, and rightly so.
Eyal Yakoby@EYakoby
France has cancelled New Year’s Eve celebrations. Germany has cancelled New Year’s Eve celebrations. Australia has cancelled New Year’s Eve celebrations. All at the hands of Islamism. We don’t need to live like this.
