I suffer from OCPD, which means that I can't lie to myself or others—I live by a strict moral and ethical code, which is rooted in science. I'm able to see past science and into humanity. My initial observations were close to your current ones, but I've learned I didn't have all the facts. I do believe that the ICE agent might've been able to withhold those last two shots, but I'd have to account for the sudden rush of adrenaline in those split seconds, if we're talking about science, as part of the answer. I also believe in Malcolm Gladwell's "Blink" theory. If we're going to "count truths" and weigh them in an objective manner, I can't blame him for his actions. I don't believe Jonathan Ross is "innocent," but I definitely believe he's "not guilty" of either murder or manslaughter.
