@VELFAC still waiting for our windows. Deposit paid 5/12/17, told delivery 19/03/18, no windows arrived, unanswered phone calls & emails, ignored until left bad review, told end of April, today end of May almost 6 months! We are incurring £1000's of additional cost cos of delay.
