JUST IN: Billionaire Stephen Cloobeck, the former close friend and backer of Eric Swalwell, has been arrested in Los Angeles. Cloobeck went viral last month, shredding Swalwell for deceiving him. According to the California Post, Cloobeck was arrested for attempting to prevent or dissuade a victim or witness from testifying. It's unclear exactly what the circumstances were. Swalwell reportedly filmed his viral video denying accusations against him from Cloobeck’s home. Cloobeck later kicked him out, saying he no longer wanted to be associated with him. "I was with my counsel and we had a chat with him, I just told him, 'You busted the trust... I’m shocked, I’m disturbed and get the f—k out of here.' Then I walked away and that was it," he said at the time. Cloobeck was released on a $300,000 bond.

NEW: 25-year-old elementary teacher arrested after allegedly admitting to her husband that she was cheating on him with a teenager. Mackenzie Naught, a teacher in Whitman County, Washington, was reportedly friends with the boy's family. She allegedly pressured the teen to meet up with her in the middle of the night. She was "being flirty" with the teen in Snapchat messages while her husband was asleep. Naught then pressured the teen to pick her up from her home around 2 am. They then drove to a location, and they allegedly had s*x in the bed of the truck, according to local reports. "Court documents say Naught’s husband reportedly found evidence on her phone that allegedly showed that she had sexual contact with a 16-year-old boy," the Lewiston Tribune reported. The husband, who has been married to Naught for four years, provided evidence of the alleged crime to the police. Naught has reportedly been a teacher at St. John-Endicott Cooperative Schools since 2025. She was charged with felony first-degree s*xual misconduct with a minor. Video: KREM 2.

NEW: The man who walked in front of a Frontier plane, which nearly ended in catastrophe for the passengers, had 20 previous arrests, including for attempted murder. 41-year-old Michael Mott's most recent arrest was just one month before he trespassed at the airport. In 2005, Mott was arrested for attempted murder with a gun. He later pleaded down to second-degree assault and was sentenced to just 6 years in prison. He was also charged with felony assault using a weapon during his time in prison. When he got out of prison, he continued to commit crimes, including felony assault on a peace officer and domestic violence, along with other crimes, according to the New York Post. Liberalism is a plague on our country. Thanks to a "compassionate" justice system, this guy almost killed everyone on board this plane.

JUST IN: The man who walked in front of a Frontier jet while it was taking off from Denver has been identified as 41-year-old Michael Mott. Mott had climbed the perimeter fence just minutes before walking on the runway. He was identified by fingerprints at the scene. According to Denver's chief medical examiner, Sterling McLaren, Mott's death was ruled a su*cide. He was sucked into one of the plane's engines. Denver Police Chief Ron Thomas says no vehicle or bike was found at the location where Mott jumped the fence. While Mott reportedly scaled the 8-foot-tall fence, the airport's motion sensors detected a herd of deer near where he was. Mott reportedly had previous contact with law enforcement in the metro area, but no more details were released.

JUST IN: Arcadia, California, Mayor Eileen Wang has been charged with acting as an illegal foreign agent to China. Wang was elected to the Arcadia City Council in November 2022. She is accused of working with the People’s Republic of China to spread propaganda on a news website on United States soil between 2020 and 2022. "Wang and Sun [then-fiance] worked together to operate U.S. News Center, a website that purported to be a news source for the local Chinese American community," the DOJ said. "Wang and Sun received and executed directives from PRC government officials to post pro-PRC content on the website." On one occasion, Wang's "spymaster" directed her to share a story, denying the existence of genocide and forced labor in China. "There is no genocide in Xinjiang; there is no such thing as ‘forced labor’ in any production activity, including cotton production. Spreading such rumor is to defame China, destroy Xinjiang’s safety and stability," her spymaster allegedly said. Wang has pleaded guilty to the federal charge. She is facing up to 10 years in prison.

Ervin is standing by his remarks after receiving backlash from the community, says he was impressed by her "smart questions." "I mean, I was impressed and the other board members was impressed because of the question she asked," he said to a local news outlet. "And, you know, I’m old school. I’m an old farm boy. And I didn’t mean nothing by anything. I just was proud of her." Ervin claims there is a lot of "context missing" from the viral videos. NEW: Low-income housing "zombie" is on the run after he allegedly nearly hacked a man's arm off with a Samurai sword in Los Angeles. Justin Tucker, who was reportedly living in "transitional housing," is accused of carrying out the horrific attack. Witnesses say Tucker was returning to the building after going to Smart and Final when he was yelled at by a man who asked if he had drugs. Tucker then went up to his unit and came back with a sword, which he then swung at the victim. The victim was hit in the arm and started squirting blood everywhere. Tucker fled the scene, and police are still searching for him, according to the California Post. One woman, who helped the victim wrap up his arm, says she has been assaulted in the area before and once heard a woman screaming while being r*ped in an alley nearby. She also said the block has deteriorated since the low-income housing complex opened. "There are horrible things happening here every day. There are people on drugs walking around like zombies. It’s not safe. Nobody comes to help," she told the California Post. Los Angeles needs Spencer Pratt.

Georgia mayor fires the entire police force for making his wife upset. Cohutta Mayor Ron Shinnick fired all 10 employees of the Cohutta Police Department for making “inappropriate comments” that upset his wife, Pam. Pam was fired as the town clerk after creating a “hostile work environment,” but allegedly continued to work and have access to personal information. Officers shared their complaints on Facebook, which Ron claimed were “inappropriate” and upset Pam. After initially resolving the dispute with Police Chief Greg Fowler, Ron posted a sign on the department's door one week later that read, "The PD has been dissolved, and all personnel have been terminated." "This all comes to personal vendetta from the mayor and I wholeheartedly believe that," said Sgt. Jeremy May.
