@Bell I went to your store to get a mobile phone connection. What should have taken 20 mins took 3 hours to sort out. I wasn’t notified of any additional fees and I now have a $193 bill. I have been on hold for 54 mins with your agent and nothing yet. Do better and stop scamming!
