My talent for wearing my court robe inside out is becoming elite 😂 My mom says it supposed to brings good luck… apparently mine just attracts not so goodluck matters. Imagine realizing midcourt your robe is inside out 😭(but you wont notice it ahahahhaha)

and part of our government wants an open border policy which will allow individuals just to enter SA and do whatever they feel like doing. in that case there was reoffenders, because they know how to 'work the system. which makes me sick to the core.

now in order to maintain this permanent residency the SA wife must have died or disappeared. My friend I excused myself from this matter as nothing was adding up. where am i going to with this? this is a huge problem or borders partol and justice system is too weak for this

@dr_xyl @Tina_Hokwana with that being said, yes, the state asks you to disclose BUT the prosecution ought to have reasonably be in possession of his SAPS 69. which is crucial during bail proceedings. so, the state went with his word only, and only on his next appearance they had it.

Just read an article about a man who was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2003 for the murder of a magistrate. During sentencing, the judge warned that he should never be released as he remained a danger to society. He was granted parole and released in 2023.
