A team of scientists, led by @UCLMS medic @SelimHamzah, have launched @mindsetdementia, an innovative app which uses fun brain games to screen for signs of #dementia. By using AI they hope to evolve the app into a screening tool for early patient diagnosis ucl.ac.uk/news/2020/oct/…
The Medical School opened on this day, 1st October 1828, with an inaugural lecture delivered by Sir Charles Bell, Professor of Physiology and Surgery.
