#CityPowerUpdates #InnerCitySDC *John Ware Substation* (Premier Milling distributor) tripped. There was double fault on the cable, first fault isolated and backed hence the 5% restored. The remaining 95% is on the second fault, team is on site busy with repairs. ETR is 18h00, should all go according to plan. We apologise for the inconvenience. ^IM

@OneCartZA how come if I have a OneCart voucher above the value of my shopping, it refuses to include the delivery fee? With a R500 voucher and a list to the value of R430 why doesn't that additional credit cover delivery?

@tymebankza Your call centre is also hanging up on people. This happens so often, we are tired. I got stuck somewhere with no way to do anything. Thank goodness I could draw SOME money at pnp before everything went to shit.

But doesn't actually take action. I'm still getting emails saying they don't have enough info to process the refund. Which is it @WOOLWORTHS_SA? STILL no answer as to why this is such a difficult ask, or why I was blatantly lied to several times by woolworths representatives

From @WOOLWORTHS_SA for items that I never received? The onus is on you, and you have yet to solve the problem or take any corrective action that I can see. I don't have my refund which will now 'take 7-10 days' rather than 3-5 as I was initially told. Your team 'investigates'/3

@WOOLWORTHS_SA the saga continues. I was contacted on Friday to say that my refund has been processed (3rd time's the charm right?) after not being refunded for out of stock items in an order from 24 September. My emails are still just being forwarded and the buck passed. 1/

@YumzyBumzy @WOOLWORTHS_SA I won't give up, purely on principle. I was happily chatting to a call centre agent for over a week who told me my refund was processed. Come to find out she blatantly lied and nobody knows why. Woolies must sort it out. I can do this every day if need be.

@CPA_QA please advise. It's been over 2 weeks since I placed a @WOOLWORTHS_SA woolies dash order. Items were out of stock. Never refunded, and lied to by call centre repeatedly. Spent a fortune on calls that weren't returned.
