@Run5k4NHS so set myself new challenge that I’m hoping some of our players may follow 😜 5k but keeping ball in the air-gonna build up slowly so doing 10% at a time so tonight 500m in 4:57 dropping the ball 13 times. Rules ball has to be kept up within half metre so no booting!!!
