Very very successful weekend at Nationals in Michigan 🏆🏆

The mens 4x400m relay of Drew Gaitten, Micah Glus, Andrew Barchet, and Aidan McCarthy finished sixth overall with a time of 3:27.2! 🥳🥳🥳

He can’t be stopped 🛑🛑🛑 Josh Baker takes third in the 3000 steeplechase! He broke the club record by 12 seconds with a time of 9:49.75 🐐

NATIONAL CHAMPION: 100M 🥇 Sarah MacDonald doubles to win the 100 in 12.93! The best to ever do it 🐐🐐🐐

NATIONAL CHAMPION: 200M 🥇 Sarah MacDonald wins the 200 in 26.58 after setting a new club record of 26.25 in prelims!

BACK TO BACK 800M NATIONAL CHAMPION 🥇 Aidan McCarthy wins the 800 for the second year in a row with a time of 1:55.02, a new club record 🏆

NATIONAL CHAMPIONS: MENS 4X100M RELAY 🥇 Silas Kayuha, Greg Beard, Ethan Smith, and Ubby Suligavi are your 2023 National Champions with a new club record of 42.31! 0.8 seconds faster than the previous record 🤯

We had two All American 4x100m relays on the mens side! The team of Patrick Scurlock, Drew Gaitten, AJ Barber, and Micah Glus finished 8th overall with a time of 44.76 🥳🥳🥳

The girls 4x100m relay of Jasmine Jones, Rachel Barrett, Paige Archinal, and Sarah MacDonald took 3rd overall with a time of 51.85 🥳🥳

Payton Murphy took 3rd overall in discus! She broke the club record for the third time now with her throw of 33.94m 🏆🏆

The boys 4x800m relay of Felix Boeing, Dylan Whitson, Andrew Barchet, and Aidan McCarthy took 3rd overall! They set a new club record of 7:50.84, breaking the record by almost 6 seconds 🤯🤯🤯

Haley Trolio took 7th in the 5000m with a time of 19:48.37 🥳🥳

Our first All American was Kaya Yanagisawa in the 400 hurdles! She ran 1:14.89 and finished 8th overall 🏆
