Yep, outdoor soccer started last week. Back to our evening miles during training.

Posting a day late, but yesterday was TEN years since my first half marathon. I cannot believe it has been that long ago. Thankful for many, many miles over the last decade! 26 half marathons, 4 fulls, It’s been quite the ride!

When Rover went sliding across the back patio this morning on his way out, I changed plans to some indoor miles. No way I would have got miles in had I not done it first thing today. Life!

First 2026 outdoor, shorts run!!! Yes, our park path is still snow covered. No keeping us inside with temps in the 40s. May you find something that fills you up as much as miles with Rover does for me!

I’m happy for Breezy Johnson but I have strong opinions about men hijacking a woman’s major milestones to propose. Just let HER have that moment dude! Now she’s on national tv talking about her relationship instead of her athleticism. Not cool.

@BryanKGbergNew Those early 2000s were tough between Duke and Maryland. And one of the greatest minutes of basketball happened! Miracle minute that I tell my kids about now.

@RunEatBeHappy I can't talk, my Terps are horrible this year. But anytime Duke loses, I might smile a tad. 😀 I do look forward to the year we can play each other again.
