@palacerule Hi Paul! Refunds were processed on the 20th of April and will take up to 4 weeks to hit your account. Please bear with us whilst we work through the administration involved and please be aware that some credit card providers take longer to process than others.

@RunFestRun Very disappointed to hear it has been cancelled, had a great time in 2019 and 2021. Was looking forward to next month but from the explaination it seems other providers have somehow been unable to deliver. Please rearrange with a pop up at Car Fest. The RFR community need you!

@RunFestRun @UKRunChat I don’t know the story here, but I do know that the infrastructure for outdoor events is difficult to get hold of and therefore expensive. If they didn’t order in advance they are stuffed.
