The BAARC had a successful day at the @millenniumrunning Super Sunday USATF-NE 4 miler road championship. BAARC Highlights included: 🦄 Lea Weike won the women’s race in 23:06 🥇 🦄 Tino Rago won men 60+ leading 60+ men’s team to 1st, along with Joe Regan and Kyle Bowers 🥇🥇

Fabulous morning at the Boston Half! Highlights: Megan Hasz Sailor finished 6th overall and was the top American woman in 1:09:39. Barry Keane was the 7th man overall in 1:03:35. 🦄💙💛

Originally from Norwalk, Conn., and a graduate of the @UConn, Eric van der Els earned two Big East Conference titles for the @UConnHuskies on the track.🏃‍♂️💨 Van der Els has competed professionally for ZAP Endurance in North Carolina. (1/2)

James Mwaura joins #TeamBAA fresh off a fifth-place finish at the U.S. Outdoor National Championships 10,000m.👏 He’s taken to the roads of late, placing 15th & 23rd at this year’s USA 5K & 10 Mile National Championships. Mwaura routinely represented the @GonzagaU Bulldogs. (1/2)
