@Damac1214 What annoys me is that even ignoring the bugs, this game was boring as hell. The modern day elements were all but completely scrubbed out so no intrigue there. The main plot isn’t interesting and the romance is super dull so there’s nothing to care about.

@Damac1214 Most who played unity on release instead of just watching the hate from the outside know there was some good stuff under all the bugs all along. The animation work with the parkour is the best in the series. Arguably the best map design for parkour as well.

@CoreyAtad @firagawalkwthme Obviously with the other Jacksons producing, you’re not gonna get any of the truth of how they also wanted to ride Michael’s coattails but it’s so weird how they may as well not be there outside of recreating Jackson 5 shows. Glorified extras.

it’s amazing how little narrative momentum there is in Michael, and how passive his relationship to his art seems. it’s kind of an insult to his talent despite also giving all his collaborators short shrift. there’s no insight into his craft, or the development of his taste.

First Blood is the obvious answer but I think a lot of people mistake the first Rocky for a testosterone fueled sports film like the later films when it’s really more about the drama and the romance. Most people probably don’t even know Yo Adrian I Did It! isn’t in the first one.
