Hey, I don't think I've posted for #PortfolioDay for a while! I'm Ruo Yu, a concept artist/art director/illustrator based out of London(ish). I can do characters, environments, props, and all types of work - if it's cool, I'll draw it ;) currently I'm working with @__UNDERD0G__

@nuhre_ Damn, people are really underinformed on the games industry. Character artists don't design characters; they're responsible for creating the 3d assets and textures. Concept artists design characters, and in cases where people don't like the style, that's art direction.

I dislike Concord as much as the next person, but y’all conveniently cropping out that she also worked on Blizzard games and Halo is… interesting.

It's a strange feeling being jumpscared by my own comics on Reddit, especially when it's not in the Warhammer subs

Man, it's crazy to see RuneScape Dragonwilds get released - three years ago I was actually interviewed to join their team and according to their recruiter it was down to me and one other artist, and they picked the other guy. Super excited to try it out!
