I made a pledge not to increase taxes if I’m elected as Mayor. No council tax levy. No business rates levy. I asked all the other candidates in this election to make that same pledge. Most have failed to do so. Vote Luke Campbell on May 1st for Mayor of Hull and East Yorkshire.
