The Odyssey redefines a classic myth with great success. Nolan’s epic, visceral storytelling is on full display, with fantastic performances and incredibly crafted, palpably intense sequences. It has an emotional crescendo worth the price of admission alone.

Sailed the high seas with Moana and Maui! My thanks to Disney for the wonderful night out at the Hollywood Bowl for Moana’s Los Angeles Premiere.

Honestly I’m more mad that I had to sit through “Shiny” again.

MOANA isn’t going to surprise anyone. To put it plainly, maybe just stick to the original animated movie for this one.

I had an absolute blast at the EVIL DEAD BURN premiere! What can I say, these modern entries really just hit the spot.

EVIL DEAD BURN is f**king gnarly. It’s just as brutal and intense as you’d hope. The film's thematic core is really strong, and it features an insane one-take sequence I’d watch endlessly without hesitation. This is a messed-up family that’ll be seared in your memory forever.

While MINIONS & MONSTERS is still a Minions movie, it's a Minions movie that tries something different. The creative team’s passion is clearl, and it's truly a love letter to cinema and monster films. Is it amazing? No. But there’s plenty to appreciate. Goomi is 👌

This is such an insanely poor choice if true. Maybe if Batman is the villain, one could make an argument for it. But since the day it was announced, the DCU’s biggest enemy has been its questionable slate selection.

The Invite is a phenomenal film. Everyone knew the assignment, and completely knocked it out of the park. Each performance is flawless, nuanced, and authentic. The film manages to be hilarious, stressful, painfully awkward, and deeply emotional without any element falling flat.

On the downside, the film’s pacing isn’t the greatest, and the lack of bright, vivid, and surreal imagery and concepts is a real shame—especially when compared to the comic. Krem is also a weak spot, and the character never needed the radical change he received.

I’ve seen #Supergirl. Milly Alcock is a Kryptonian powerhouse and the perfect Kara Zor-El. The film has a strong heart, giving an interesting and complex character journey for Kara. Jason Momoa is clearly born to play Lobo, and the DCU is only better with those two now in it.

Robin Hood stories have been told for hundreds of years, yet #TheDeathofRobinHood manages to give a completely original take. The Logan comparisons are unavoidable, but it's refreshing to see an older Robin Hood drowning in grief struggle with the demons of his grim life.

#XMen97 Season 2 is exactly what fans have been waiting for. I can't imagine anyone will be disappointed with it. The animation is gorgeous, with complex and multi-faceted characters, and the story is wonderfully constructed. Also the best time to jump aboard the X-Men train!

One of the only downsides for me is that the series is getting awfully overzealous with what these toys can do and get away with. The inherent story and point of Toy Story 5 does back up many of their choices in that regard, which keeps it from completely jumping the shark.

#ToyStory5 is a wonderful, touching, and incredibly relevant story that needed to be told. Emotional to its core, the movie is filled with clever and hilarious jokes, and the complex, yet nuanced story puts the spotlight firmly on Jessie, which was absolutely the right choice.

jackass is one of those first movies you watched to rebel against your parents. I’d have never guessed that over two decades later, I’d meet the legend himself in honor of their final outing, jackass: best and last.

MANDALORIAN AND GROGU is a resounding fine. It’s literally just episodes of the show stitched together—for better or worse. It’s a standalone adventure that ultimately feels unimportant to any grander plans. Enjoyed Rotta the Hutt more than I thought I would. Zeb was wonderful.

This is actually insane. It’s like Disney and Lucasfilm actively want the movie to not do well at this point. Why is there such little confidence in this project? Seeing it tonight, and I still have my fingers crossed for something good—After all, Zeb deserves it.

THE PUNISHER: ONE LAST KILL is the quintessential special presentation for fans of the character. Jon Bernthal is phenomenal as always & the key action sequence is incredibly fun and well done. The stage is now perfectly set for his appearance in Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
