To me Steve Senior deciding to turn down a promotion and stay in Minny just echoes this sentiment from Rui (from yesterday) People don’t seem to want to be attached to the turbulent rollercoaster that’s been this Lakers org and Walter has his work cut out for him

The fact Steve Senior turned down a promotion and role seemingly ABOVE/superior to Pelinka with the Lakers, to stay an assistant GM in Minnesota...is quite telling. YIKES
