If you'd like to increase speed & power in your golf swing, try this drill out! This will really have you feel like the trail side is fully loaded, allowing you to push off the trail foot & into the ball. If you do 3-5 of these you will most definitely feel your glutes working 👊

Squat Tip 🦵🏽 If you struggle with getting your hips down and / or keeping your torso upright try elevating the heels onto a wedge / couple of plates / 2x4 Give it a try in your next session. Yes, “low bar” squats are still good, and some torso lean is OK.
