#agilemanc took my #Taskswitchchallenge this week. Turns out we all struggle with task switching, the causes are systemic, and we need a way to breakthrough the status quo....if only there were a way....

From both anecdotal feedback and my own observation from a quick visit to a couple of shops earlier, making face coverings mandatory has resulted in close to 100% compliance. Well done, Scotland - let’s keep it up.

@RussellCMurray @johncutlefish For me: If possible, break down the Complex Ask to 2 or more smaller pieces going from Must Haves > Nice to Have ( in MVP spirit) Will need some negotiation and analysis of core customer / business needs
