A mid level white collar job used to get you a fancy car, vacations, a house, and money left over to save. Now it means you maybe don't need a roommate depending on what city you live in

Eventually all workers in the US will be blue collar tradespeople doing work for each other. An electrician will hire plumbers and carpenters and they will hire him with the money he paid them. At some point the economy will just be a barter system.
