7 years today I was in surgery having a life changing surgery. A total laryngectomy. Living my 2nd life. Bad days and good days but still here causing mayhem. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

As I near my goal weight I thought I would post an updated picture of my weight loss one year on from realising I needed to kick my own butt, lose the weight and start looking after myself. 9stone 8.5lb lost and I have 8.5lb left to lose now. I have loved every minute of my journey. It’s been incredible here’s to maintaining my weight and my new found love of life.
