We needed fuel in the propane tanks and 3 other places had not been able to get the tanks open to re-fill. The three worked so hard and got these tanks re-filled. They were the epitome of helping others. Delbert was working and helping even though he lost his own home.

@AmericanExpress and now I received a call from someone at @AmericanExpress service line and then “the supervisor” came on the line and screamed at me in Hindu. The caller stated that he was sorry, his supervisor was just offended and overreacted. This is insane.

@canadagoose my friend bought 2 coats for each of her sons for Christmas but you only sent 1 hanger & set up. She called&was told she couldn’t get another set so she could give each son. If she ordered separately, you would have given 2!!!! Poor customer experience!
