President Trump showed tremendous trust and generosity by appointing Joe Kent—a man he believed in—to one of the highest national security positions in the administration: Director of the National Counterterrorism Center. This wasn't a role Kent earned through some flawless track record in that specific arena; it was a direct honor from the President himself, rooted in loyalty and shared America First principles. And how did Kent repay that trust? With a calculated, backstabbing resignation timed for maximum political damage, right in the middle of a critical conflict. He didn't just leave quietly—he publicly attacked the President, claiming Iran posed "no imminent threat" and accusing the administration of starting a war under "pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby." This isn't principled dissent; it's a deliberate knife in the back, delivered when it would hurt the most. Now, predictably, Kent is rushing to the welcoming arms of the anti-Israel, anti-interventionist echo chamber: Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, and similar podcasters who thrive on division within the MAGA movement. Why there? Because that's where his true colors shine brightest. Joe Kent was never a core conservative or a steadfast Republican. Deep down, he's always leaned Democrat-socialist—anti-establishment rhetoric masking a worldview that aligns far more with isolationist-left critiques than with proven America First strength. Look at the fallout—it's damning: 1. Democrats and the anti-Trump media are **gleeful**. They've just been gifted fresh, high-profile "ammunition" from inside the administration itself—perfect for fueling investigations, hearings, or whatever weaponized narrative they cook up next against President Trump. 2. Republicans who went all-in for Kent—often blinded by his military service and veteran status—are now left exposed. Some are too embarrassed to admit they backed a fraud who misrepresented his positions to Trump and the party. Others cling to denial, refusing to see how he exploited that loyalty only to turn on it when policy didn't bend his way. This isn't just disappointing—it's a wake-up call. Imagine the catastrophe if someone like Kent had held an actual congressional seat or voting power in Congress. He could have actively undermined national security from within, leaking doubts, fueling division, and handing enemies talking points on a silver platter. President Trump deserves unwavering loyalty from those he elevates—not opportunistic betrayal disguised as conscience. Kent's exit exposes him for what he is: a liability the movement is better off without. True America First patriots stay and fight for the mission, not bail to grift on podcasts when things get tough. This betrayal only strengthens the resolve to vet harder, demand real loyalty, and keep putting America—and Americans—first.

Ex-Trump counterterror honcho Joe Kent peddles bizarre conspiracy theory that Israel had a hand in Charlie Kirk's murder trib.al/53QUlmw

Didn’t know Rand Paul had to have part of his lung removed after he was assaulted. Makes this exchange with Markwayne Mullin all the more disturbing. How difficult is it to say someone shouldn’t be assaulted, nor should we be encouraging violence of others?
