Last week, we completed our #RiseandSTEM workshop with 133 female students from @RwCodingAcademy. Despite being brilliant in class, when it comes to applying for jobs or starting businesses, girls hold back. And that has to change. Our workshop aimed to build their confidence and inspire them to excel not only academically but also in the job market and in creating income-generating projects. They were encouraged to love what they are studying and, most importantly, put it into practice. Because academic achievement is just the beginning, and when we equip our girls with self-belief and entrepreneurial skills, there is no limit to what they can accomplish. #ConfidenceBuilding #SheCodes #GirlsInSTEM #GirlPower
