Ref II before Ragman, PK, or Skier II... Ref along with 100% boss spawns will shadow over any of the changes like removing the flea or restricting traders. The guns are significantly more expensive, but still crazy to be getting stuff like this. This will help with Gunsmith task lines though, quite a few guns can be pulled from ref to complete them. Also, at the start of Hardcore Wipe there won't be quests for some period of time (except dailies and weeklies). Chances of key spawns increased and new spawn point for them are also added.
