SCHULZ: “Zohran was saying keep it at 78 degrees. This is America. I put my sh*t at 64 just to spite him even suggesting such a thing.”

Just checking in. How are y’all doing? Week 4 of shingles, and this thing is still a beast. My face is constantly itching, burning, or tingling. My eye feels like it has sunscreen in it all the time, and I still can’t sleep on the right side of my face. I wouldn’t wish this crap on anybody… even some of the folks who love to 💩 on the Democratic Party. 😉 Bottom line: if you’re 50+ and haven’t gotten the shingles vaccine, march your butt down to your local pharmacy and get it TODAY. @GSK, I think y’all owe me a promotion check for the shingles vaccine. 😂

This is the return of the #MeToo standard, which is to reflexively “believe women” and to render judgement without any investigation, scrutiny, critical faculty, or criminal trial—in short, the accusation is the evidence. It was bad then, and bad now. Don’t let them revive it.

Obv not RTing the actual source and giving them money but I always find this shit so funny. I have genuinely never met a single trans person who believes this.

@deesnider I don't think Trans necessarily means gay

I do suspect part of the appeal of the Epstein story (including many Trump supporters) is it exceptionalizes sexual violence as a product of a decadent elite rather than something committed by boyfriends, husbands, fathers, priests, and coaches

Former Governor Dan Evans was a staunch supporter of an income tax for Washington State, yet he opposed I-1098 in 2010 for many of the same reasons we're opposing Governor Ferguson's unconstitutional income tax. His main arguments: - The 2010 tax had no constitutional protections to keep the legislature from lowering it to all income levels, just like the 2026 tax. - The 2010 tax would have disproportionately impacted small businesses and job creators, just like the 2026 tax. - The 2010 tax would have had a "devastating" effect on charitable giving, just like the 2026 tax. - He called it a tax increase and not tax reform, just like this year's tax. Marine veteran Victor Marx, whose wild claims – including saying he was forced to kill a man at age 7 – have drawn widespread attention and significant skepticism, will win the Republican nomination for governor in Colorado, CNN’s Decision Desk projects. cnn.it/3SUDuwH
