This is being presented as CRA-compliant.

Premium prices.
But if your TV is built into a media unit and develops a fault, removal costs are apparently yours.
@JohnLewisRetail say this complies with the Consumer Rights Act.

I’m currently being told that if a faulty 65” TV is built into a media wall, I must fund the removal myself.
Worth knowing before you assume premium pricing = premium aftercare.

Ongoing dispute with @JohnLewisRetail about a faulty 65” TV.
Their position: if your TV is installed in a bespoke media unit, you are responsible for all removal and reinstallation costs - even if the TV is confirmed faulty.
They consider this compliant with Consumer Rights act.
