The worst part is that’s not the worst problem - people spend all of this time voting and we never truly know who won. Announce the winner before the race starts. It’s not that hard to get this right. Nothing discourages fans to vote more than this method.

@jeff_gluck I would rather see them have to pit in the 3rd stage to shake up the lead draft. Watching the two rows not change at all in the final stage was infuriating!

Here's the thing (and why they changed the stages): If they're going to aggressively save fuel, would you rather they do it in Stage 1 or Stage 3? Yes this sucks, but if it's a must (and it is until something changes on the cars), might as well get it over with early?
