I just submitted the first 3 chapters of the book I'm writing to a publisher! Got a long way to go, but I am ExCiTeD! The book aims to support teacher health and well-being and helps guide them to balancing teacher life and personal life to combat burnout.

It is almost the last week of school and they are independently (in groups) working on culminating projects. I feel proud, albeit bored, because they dont need me for this. They are amazing people. I love them. This is why I teach. ❤

As teachers, just as parents, we work to help them grow into successful, independent, self sufficient, contributing members of society.
And then they are exactly what we've worked to grow them to be. And then we sit back and see that our job has been done. ❤
