A development: @JMU has released numbers to @DNRnews but not @TheBreezeJMU despite verbal requests and a couple FOIAs.

JMU has declined to release daily COVID-19 case reports as students return to campus. The Breeze has submitted two Freedom of Information Act requests for daily numbers from JMU and will continue to demand transparency from the university. buff.ly/2EuptQ3

@pdeleaNEWS @TheHBurgCitizen It's a professional courtesy. Other news organizations do it all the time. It's called giving credit where credit is due. I'm sorry I missed your first story on the nursing home cases. That was my fault. And I will try to do better.
