@tanialemon_ One of the worst things a founder can do to damage their reputation is laugh at other businesses in their category. Especially publicly. On social media. I’ve always taken a “positive/neutral” approach and it’s worked really well. Rising tides raise all ships etc..

Crazy that people will opt for a lower or even negative EV just because it is a bigger platform. @YourGrails will always strive to keep a positive EV on all our packs. Our custom balancer is made to do exactly that. What happens if the EV get close to EV? Our packs pause automatically. We are not here to farm collectors.
