@BarkingPuppy8 @RobinhoodApp I think Robinhood has done enough over the last 5 years to be taken seriously. It’s a good app. The buy button removal was awful and unjustified. But people still being just as upset about it over 5 years later is a bit suspicious. Just move on.

Well this interesting so Vanguard is now fragmenting their ownership of $GME under subsidiary control so they stay under 5% ownership 🤔 sec.gov/Archives/edgar…

@Tony_Denaro The saddest part of this saga for me is the realization that many who see this won't even know what it's from. I'll never forget the guy who cracked the pattern for this show. That was dedication!

Interesting, but humor me, why is the answer not 1? Undefined? Zero? If you have 1 of something and you want to divide it into equal parts, but zero is nothing, so would be 1 divided by nothing, which leaves you with your initial 1. If you have 6 things and you split the 6 things nothing times you still have the original six, nothing changed, no division took place, nothing happening can't result in adding or subtracting an amount to that 6. If you add nothing to 6 you still have 6. If you subtract nothing from 6 you still have 6. But here's another problem: if you have 6 things and you multiply them nothing times math says you have nothing. I could understand if you have nothing and you want to multiply nothing 6 times, that would obviously be nothing. But those are the same according to math. Having something and doing nothing with it is the same as having nothing and trying to multiply that nothing by something. In multiplication and division the formula seems to want you to act as if anything before the answer is discarded information. In addition and subtraction it's the opposite, it recognizes values present before the =. If I say 6+0=6 it acknowledged that I maintained my 6 whatevers. If I say 6x0=0 my 6 somethings that I multiplied nothing times have magically disappeared and I'm left here holding 0. Don't get me started on PEMDAS. 😅

@RyanBReynolds If anything it's a glorified free coupon mailer because you just sign in your email and get investor connect rewards.

@RyanBReynolds I've spoken on share count numbers a lot. I also agree that the number remains in 1-2 million if not greater most likely. But investor connect is a completely useless figure. Anyone can sign up, no proof, no indication, it's literally an email list.

Yes, there are still millions of retail investors in $AMC . The last official count from AMC itself puts it at ~1.8 million global AIC (AMC Investor Connect) members as of December 31, 2025. So how many shares do you think the avg retail holder of AMC needs to own the float? since you don't want to post it, allow me to do the heavy lifting for you: Number of Retail Shareholders Avg Shares per Holder (to own the full float) Rough $ cost at ~$1/share (current ballpark) 1.8 million (last known AIC count) ~324 shares each ~$324 500,000 (half a million) ~1,166 shares each ~$1,166 250,000 ~2,331 shares each ~$2,331 100,000 ~5,828 shares each ~$5,828 I personally have all of these tiers covered multiple times over with my share count. Today alone, i covered my share count of the 1.8MIL IMO it is without any doubt, we own the float multiple times over.

@Moon38778946 @ryancohen That was actually funny. I’m just looking at the bottom line. If you have a business that makes money but you just have crazy loans- I could stake your business and make it profitable again. But I’d want my cut and coupon. That’s my point with AMC.

$AMC $GME @ryancohen Rumor $GME looking at $AMC for a capital play. Here's my take on the idea. 20 years of stable revenue. Exogenous stressor on the industry during the pandemic. Recovering box office. Streaming model showing studios gain money with theatrical mode.

@Moon38778946 @ryancohen It likely won’t happen; impractical for many reasons. But if you remove the interest expense from the balance sheet the cash flow is evident. It’s just a huge lift to do so. No need to go all super troll about it. I’m not pumping anything.

I used data from AMC Entertainment Holdings 10-K filings for earnings, "Box Office Mojo" & "The Numbers" for box office figures, and "National Association of Theatre Owners" for attendance & ticket pricing.

But if this were to work; $GME not only sees its core investment turn a business FCF positive and encourage an immediate re-rate; it allows a shared business model that could be transformative for footprint, customer base, and experiential opportunities. @ryancohen

@BarkingPuppy8 @AMCTheatres @AMC Is recovering. Interest drag is the biggest hindrance to it. Better interest or a way to reduce debt turns them FCF positive very quickly at current box office. All signs point to B/O growing further as more studios return which is a lot of upside. Here's hoping.

@lucky_425056 @DOMOCAPITAL @ryancohen When you bought at $40 was the company better? Or was it just the price the market placed on it? Is the company better now or worse? Then it’s the pricing not the value. Cheers my man. $GME is in a better place whether market shows it yet.

People being upset about this is absolutely bizarre. How would this be any different with Elon and Tesla? I 100% support @ryancohen, the proposed pay plan, and the wording of the risk in the financials. The people commenting otherwise should sell their $GME shares and move on.

@lucky_425056 @DOMOCAPITAL @ryancohen If your argument is it’s a bad day trade or short term investment. valid. If you say he’s a greedy ceo robbing his shareholders, with only compensation existing if he improves company value by multiples you’re being disingenuous. He’s aligned as best I can see with investors.
