I watched Wild Blue Yonder last night. It still holds up pretty well. The only truly successful episode of the post-Chib era. Though having scenes that require Tate to run never works out.

Well since 2005 anyways, it was because the show couldn't simply show itself to be picking up from where Season 46 left off, it had to start fresh, but it's the same show and not a reset so it can't be Season 1 either, only way to thread the needle was have the first one of the NewWho be "Series 1" so they don't contradict and later you can go back and say "ok btw Series 1 was also Season 47 the entire time lolx

Just wait until we're in November, sitting in 10th and already 13 points adrift off first, Alonso has gone elsewhere, and we'll have to go for someone significantly worse. Throwing away another season that they'll label a "transition" again. So painful yet so predictable.
