Yea I totally hear you bro, it gets a bit stale at some point. For me that says more about the game itself; a game should be fun because the rules make it fun, not repeated modification. I mean think about it, why are we bored if it's deep and rich? There's clearly an issue with the depth of the game if we're strategically plateauing and reshuffling the roster cannot fix that. But when considering potential heavy patching, even if they wanted to make heavy changes, what changes should they make? Everyone and their grandmas are screaming for different changes, which means whatever you change you're gonna upset a lot of people. If you think of it like that it kinda makes sense that they don't go overboard with the balance updates.

@RyanJosephHart It’s fine to do that for 1-2 years, but 4 years of playing the same game with the same top tiers and the same win conditions… it gets to a point 🫩 But I guess it’s doing fine in Japan, so Capcom doesn’t see anything worth changing
