@GBraggsJr23 Try intermittent fasting. It’s hard unless you keep yourself busy. My job is 12 hrs per day nonstop, and I lost 60 lbs over 9 months just by not eating before 6 PM. Then I ate whatever I wanted until I went to bed.

I've been working out every day for over a month and I'm still fat. Gonna try not eating next. May never eat again. Stay tuned for updates.
