The dispute was removed and the charge stands, Roblox got paid! 2) Investigate the exploit that allowed the charges to be made and somehow hacker purchased game passes in several games they created--how is this done and how is it using your platform to steal money from your customers? 3) Privacy Request-What personal data was accessed of mine or my son's to allow this to happen? I have locked my bank account and will not unlock until I am sure it is safe again. Please assist me with these issues. Thank you.

It wasn't a chargeback though, the dispute was cancelled and the $ was received by Roblox. The unauthorized charges are secondary concern to getting the account back--I can't even investigate on my end because I can't log in to the account! I'm out $500 and my son spent years building his account, friends, games, worth much more than $500.

@BrodieMyrtaj @Roblox We've requested a human review about a hundred times, sent snail mail letters to corporate address, left voicemails on support line. Sent a request through Better Business Bureau. Not once have I received a human response.
