Day 3 - These Four Walls by We Were Promised Jetpacks - I absolutely love night running! 49:41 Length - 5.25 miles - 9:27 Pace One of the best Post-Punk revival albums! Underrated band and an underrated album! Song after song keeps blood pumping & legs moving!

Day 2 - Nirvana In Utero - 41:23 Length - 4.5 miles = 9:11 Pace Struggle Bus today in general (hot & windy) but this Album holds up (so many great songs!). Wasn’t allowed to listen to this band at home when I was a teen so had to sneak the cassette into my Walkman on the bus!

Trying to keep myself motivated to reach my running goal for 2024 so I’m implementing a little creativity! 3 long runs per week over the next 8 weeks, listening to complete albums that were played over & over throughout the years! Get ready for some 90’s/early 00’s Classics!
