At the start of the year I set a goal to do 2 water softener installs per week. This week we will install 8. 5 of those coming from learning how to run successful meta ads from @stevehunsaker1 2 of those coming from X followers 1 of those coming from a new GBP I'm so stoked!!!

Some of the best advice I can give you: Ask your bank/financial partners for a line of credit when TIMES ARE GOOD AND YOU DON'T NEED IT. If you wait until sh!t hits the fan & you really need it, the answer is almost always going to be 'no' We have a revolving line of credit for $5m that gives us an unbelievable amount of flexibility. We use it for: -quick closes on RE purchases -new store construction -large remodels/ projects (why its currently drawn down) -operating cash in a pinch -large FF&E purchases -Just about anything we need for the business It is one of the best things we ever did. Can not recommend it enough.
