@RyanWasoba @foryourhealthoh @EMHudsonlives Might have been before we got there bc look at @CadenClinton using god damn fucking scissors to cut his pizza

In November, @foryourhealthoh stayed at my studio for two weeks. I haven’t been able to find my pizza cutter ever since. Not making any accusations, but it seems like more than a coincidence.

@anotherRahulJ My favorite Jimmy Eat World album is their 2001 self-titled featuring the hit single “Salt Sweat Sugar”

Ate a bunch of cashews and then listened to the second best Jimmy Eat World record #postnutclarity

@emperorx I still haven’t checked out your music because I haven’t listened to Emperor I through Emperor IX, so I don’t think I’d understand

@khamsinband I’m biased because of professional/personal relationships with them, but I always appreciated Foxing above their peers for their ambition and complete lack of anything resembling pop punk in their music and (especially) vocals
English

New @foxing single is sick and indicative of the risks and vibes you'll find all over their new record. I was a fly on the wall for much of it, and the band asked me to write a "warts and all" bio for the album. You can read it on their Spotify profile and probably other places.

@emperorx 3) I'm starting to view loudness as almost an accessibility issue. Don't necessarily mix/master for folks listening on busted phone speakers or Dollar Tree earbuds, but also don't assume people are listening in ideal situations, are able to turn it up above background noise, etc
English

@emperorx 2) With that said, most normalization algorithms do NOT turn things up if delivered too quiet. So (other than keeping a specific track lower for its cohesion in an album) I see no reason to ever deliver something at -15 or quieter
