@ShoutoutKG I dont think the dolphins are taking a 25 year old

@KevHarlanEffect preach! Rebuild the right way through the draft with a young head coach
English

It’s not that I didn’t want John Harbaugh, but my thought process since we fired McDaniel has been that a younger coach would be a much better fit for Miami’s rebuild.
Our roster is full of holes at every level, we lack a future at QB, and we’re in the midst of a hellish financial situation. This means that Miami is not an ideal landing spot for a coach who’ll be 64 at the start of the season.
The Dolphins need a HC who can build a FOUNDATION and a CULTURE. We need someone who puts business first and can get players bought in to what he’s selling, even if we aren’t winning that many games in 2026.
I know we haven’t had any luck with rookie head coaches, but if Ross and the rest of the Dolphins brass can find the right guy for the rebuild, with the understanding that this team won’t be an overnight fix, we might finally find ourselves back on the path to competitiveness over the next few seasons.
Hire our foundation setter.
Hire our culture builder.
Hire our future.

@KingOfPhinland Saleh is a great coach. I’d be nervous he could put together a competent staff
English

Robert Saleh’s defense balled out tonight! Held the defending champs to 19 points on the road all without Fred Warner and multiple other starters.
I’ve seen a lot of negativity around Saleh as a HC candidate for Miami and I’m not sure I agree with that.
I know he didn’t win a lot with the Jets but it was the Zach Wilson led Jets, 7 win seasons were probably the ceiling of those teams. Despite having no offense in NY he had 3 top 5 defenses.
I get that he has to be a head coach and not just a defensive coordinator, but with more experience under his belt and another go at it I think he could be very successful in this league.
He’s not at the top of my list of candidates, but I don’t think I’d be upset if he ended up being the guy. x.com/NFL/status/201…

@GeorgeForder3 He knows how to design plays. Can’t call plays or game plan. Team underprepared. Operation terrible for 2 years straight.
Fair points but not sure he is anything more than a great play designer
English

@Ryan_2_Branch Rookie QB, missing WR1 & 2, star HB, RT, TE, and you have the worst guards in the NFL. Against a good defense. Idk how you scheme around that.
But the team being unprepared and shooting itself in the foot is on him.
English

@phillipdilling1 This guy simply does not miss. Hire him @MiamiDolphins
English

@CamJordan4Fins Big plays/middle of field chunk plays disappeared. Think Tua masked a lot of the issues last year that we are seeing this year as well.
English

@Ryan_2_Branch It was fine last year while Tua wasn’t injured though

Julian Sayin
CJ Carr
CJ Bailey
Darian Mensah
Drew Mestemaker
Arch Manning
Will all be exciting prospects during summer ‘26

@NFL_DF For teams pondering QBs in 2026, who are the projected first QBs in 27 they should consider in making their decision to pick and/or trade up? Do you project Sayin and C.J. Carr as first round prospects?
English

@Ryan_2_Branch Can’t set that yet. Too many unknowns right now.
English

Give me Banks, Keylan Rutledge OG Georgia Tech, AJ Haulcy S LSU, Josiah Trotter LB Mizzu, Nick Singleton RB Penn St and Malachi Fields WR ND. Then will figure out the rest. #PhinsUp
Jacob Infante@jacobinfante24
Florida DT Caleb Banks (Rd 2): + 6’6, 330 lbs + Large wingspan + Great athlete for his size + Short-area burst, timing getting off the snap + Deep pass-rushing arsenal + Raw power - Missed most of 2025 with a broken foot - Pad level - Missed tackles
English

You guys/gals calling for rebuild are close to winning me over #waittosee
English

@DavidFurones_ No touches for achane that drive. McD truly can’t help himself
