@Ryan_Anderson96 @Tar_Heels_Turf Love it man! Thanks for the info. Can’t wait to see the process!

It will never happen but a football field with the diamond pattern grass would be sick.

Spring has sprung here at UNC and the ryegrass is loving this weather. Savannah Bananas field construction is right around the corner

@MoehrigJacob @Tar_Heels_Turf Hey Jacob! Thanks for following along! As for Kenan we will spray the rye out April 1st this year with Kerb(pronamide) its about a 4 week kill which allows for a much smoother/less noticeable transition. We’ll team that up with a lot of verticutting, topdressing & core aeration.

@Ryan_Anderson96 @Tar_Heels_Turf Hey @Ryan_Anderson96, managing some rye over seeded Bermuda little league fields down here in Texas. Been following yall since the Tahoma 31 install. Are y’all going to spray out the rye to help the Bermuda transition? If so, with what and when? Also, stripes 🤤

Putting our new Henko TopKeeper to work getting our artificial edges back! Will be a great tool to break up clay and conditioner migration in our artificial to dirt edges as well! @Tar_Heels_Turf

@TCUFIELDCREW @covermasterinc That was just to get them to the side lines as we’ll put them back on tomorrow after the team has a walk through. It will take some time to roll up, put on pallet and fork lift out but still a time saver for sure
English

@Ryan_Anderson96 @covermasterinc Do y’all leave them on sidelines or haul them off? We have four we roll out. Much easier than folding but tends to take some time to deflate, fold, tie to pallet then haul out tunnel with pallet jack.
English

@TCUFIELDCREW @covermasterinc 4 big blankets and then 2 real small ones for the kicking squares. They’re just folded in half then rolled up. First time using them today and took us like 35/40 mins to get them up. Curious to see how quick we can put them out. Will know tomorrow afternoon
English

@Ryan_Anderson96 @covermasterinc They’re awesome! How many pieces do y’all have to cover the field?
