Our two best patches of form this season have come when Matt Smith has been available. He doesn’t go out and dominate performances, but he brings a level of control we don’t have without him. If he’s out for any significant period of time (which seems likely), I am very worried.

@NCAFCThoughts Hard to judge Patten really didn’t get much game time when he first signed then got injured in preseason It’s a shame it never really worked out for him.

I’d rate our Cymru Premier signings so far as.. Waite - 6/10 Patten - 3/10 Evans - 9/10 Whitmore - 7/10 Jenkins - 8/10 Wood - 4/10 Farquharson - 8/10 Whitmore and Jenkins both with potential to rise even higher, especially Jenkins. Looking forward to seeing Crole now.

Sensational performance from @CBR__9 bandage wrapped around head after defensive duties in own box continued to bounce headers back, battled up top, continued running and pretty sure he took a penalty on one leg too yes he didn’t score but the work rate is underrated and valued
