Judge Balkman rules that Owen Heinecke will be allowed to play for the #Sooners during the 2025-26 season. HUGE news for #OU. Balkman also says that no action toward OU or Heinecke can be done. OU has their LB back.

Balkman has granted the injunction. Owen Heinecke is back.

Judge Balkman says the evidence clearly showed Heinecke is a third-party beneficiary and that COVID affected his recruitment. He says the NCAA failed to consider the totality of the case.
