I've found myself wondering a lot this last year: boy, there are so many incredible pop-ups happening in parking lots across Miami. Why don't these people have restaurants?! Lots of quotes in here that answer that question in mildly to very depressing ways!

@Ryan_Pfefferoni @cheryltiu @infatuation This guy 👆 is doing a great job with restaurant reviews. I love the format and I especially appreciate his nuanced approach to this topic. Asian culture is the minority in Miami and too easy to abuse, as Chi/Los Chinos does. Kudos to Ryan for calling them on it.

I love Miami for many reasons, and especially for its cultural diversity. Our best restaurants celebrate that culture (whether a single one or a combination of many). But the worst ones treat it like a product.
