Due to the demands of the Season, it is also one of the most common places to stiffen up without you noticing. ✅ 3 Tips To Get the Most out of this exercise 1- Sitting all the way back on your heels will put you in a “Lumbar Lock” position which will force more of the motion to come through the mid back 2- Keep your arms straight so you can’t use arm movements to “fake” rotation 3- Finish by pushing your trunk down to the ground with high force #3 is HUGE because many T Spine Rotation movements only use active motion to force end range. This allows you to be far more Aggressive using your body weight to force more motion
