"I can't gain weight" is BS. What to do instead (part 1) 1) Track your calories - eating "a lot" is meaningless 2) Track bodyweight - 1st thing in AM, monitor trends 3) Pick the right surplus - aim for +.5 lbs/wk up to +1-2 lbs/wk, the more underweight you are.
