Here's my take on the Wemby-Chet Rivalry. There is none. If there's a rivalry it will be Wemby-SGA. It wasn't Magic-McHale, It was Magic-Bird. I don't think Wemby hates Chet. I think he's offended that people see them as comparable. They are not. The comparison probably irks him. Chet is clearly beneath him.

You know what Alabama did after this game? They put on their big boy pants and went on a streak had a nail biter loss with another playoff team. Texas struggled with bottom of the barrel sec teams. And the got eliminated in a blowout loss to Georgia.but hey! They beat A&M when it mattered least

Coming from an OU fan….. If I were the committee, I would put Texas in over ND. Sure, they have 1 additional loss, but they did schedule Ohio State. ND is independent so why didn’t they schedule Bama, Georgia, Ohio State? Why? Because they play cupcakes to become relevant.

My favorite stat about the 2014 Spurs Finals run wasn't that they shot 87% in the forth quarter of game 1 (a Finals record) it wasn't in game 3 where they shot 75% in the first half (a Finals record) and it wasn't shooting 52% from the field in the series (a Finals record) it was that the Spurs had 157 more passes than the Heat... PER GAME! What a stat that just goes to show why the 2014 Spurs are characterized as "The Beautiful Game"

@MrMoginar Agreed. Although I think trying a 3 guard rotation with them is worth a shot as well. Both castle and Harper big enough to hold their own and that transition offense may be ridiculously good

This should be the vision until Harper is ready for big minutes: -Castle and Fox as primary ball handlers/starters. -Harper runs the show with the second unit or when both Castle and Fox are sitting. -1 of the 3 are on the court at all times when Wemby is on the court.

Spurs NEED atleast 2 of either Giannis, KD, Ace, Fleming, Raynaud to start an actual dynasty. All that other 💩 is cute and can get us to the playoffs maybe even 1 💍 but not dynasty worthy. More to come!
