This morning, I was honoured to have the first business question with a new government in Westminster. I took this opportunity to congratulate Rhian Thomas from @CatwgPrimary School in Cadoxton for winning the Primary School Teacher of the Year award. It is extremely important we recognise everything teachers do for our children and young people. ❤️
