The ICE Scotland committee recently agreed the role of chair would now be a two-year post rather than one year. That means that following our AGM last night @S82Consulting is now in the second year of his tenure as chair.

@devisridhar From 15+ years of cycle commuting. A proper, lit, convenient (not parks or canals), segregated (not paint) network. And to help - Default 20 mph limit, presumed liability, no residential rat runs.

Working on a talk about cycling & public health. Cyclists out there -> what do you see as the major gaps in making cycling feel safe & accessible to you? That are fixable by councils & govt? (ie not cold and dark weather bc that's just life in Scotland)
